Neighborhood Guide On Respectable Etiquette was founded in 2024 by a group of grandparents dedicated to promoting respectful behavior in our communities. We believe everyone deserves a safe, peaceful, and beautiful neighborhood. We are on a mission to educate individuals and organizations about the laws and regulations that keep our neighborhoods strong.

Navigating challenges in today's fast-paced world can be stressful. But everyone craves a sense of calm and peace at home, regardless of where they live. This handbook draws on real-life experiences and local laws to share the wisdom we gained from living in a quiet, friendly neighborhood for many years.

It's an invitation to Homeowner's Associations, Apartment and Condo Complexes, Landlords, and the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and their tenants and clients to join this collective journey of improvement. We encourage not only new homeowners and church members but also the youth, to rediscover and embrace time-honored neighborhood etiquette, ensuring a legacy of respect and courtesy for generations to come.
